BARCS is located at 2490 Giles Road, Baltimore, MD 21225
- If you are coming from downtown, central or northern Baltimore City: Take Hanover street south and go over the Hanover Street Bridge. Turn right at the light onto Waterview; Turn left at the light onto Cherry Hill Road, then turn left at the light onto Giles Road. BARCS will be on your left.
- If you are coming from areas south of the city: Take 295 north towards Baltimore. Take the exit for Waterview. Turn right at the light for Cherry Hill Road, then turn left at the light onto Giles Road. BARCS will be on your left.
- If you are coming from north of the city: Take 95 south to the Fort McHenry exit, by way of Key Highway. Under the bridge, make a right onto McComas Street, then a left onto Hanover street south and go over the Hanover Street Bridge. Turn right at the light onto Waterview; Turn left at the light onto Cherry Hill Road, then turn left at the light onto Giles Road. BARCS will be on your left.
